The simplest phonetic alphabet is to just use vowels as follows:

Use uppercase letters for the long sounds: " A, E, I, O, U".  (drop Y sound from "U" as in ooze)
Use l
owercase letters for short sounds: "a" as in at, "e" as in ed, "i" as in it, "o" as in on, "u" as in up.
Also use "Q" as the sound
"ow"  and "q" for "oo" as in look or put. (Q looks like an O on a thorne-OW!)
                                 WE HAVE A
PHONETIC ALPHABET! ( WE hav A phonetik alphubet!)
                                                             *****
It will not, however, eliminate duplication of sounds like ph for "f", or using "G" for the "J" sound etc.
 For the complete alphabet continue.

FoNiKSPeL uses  one letter, or symbol, for each sound.  We have 37 sounds, so we use all 26 upper case,  and 11 lower case letters.  All lowercase are related to their  uppercase counterparts.  Write as though they were all uppercase.

Two more consonants that duplicate other letters, "C" and "X" will be reassigned as was "Q" above.
* The "C"  will be ch,  and  "c" will be sh.  Since "th" is not "Ta Ha" we will use "X" for the th sound as in think and "x" for th as in the.  We will use "W" for  wh as in what and "w", for its normal sound, as in  were.  Finally we will use "n" for the sound "ing", and "j"  for " schwa " as in vision  (VijN).   Use upper case for all other letters.
Use the sounds they make in standard English. (see below)
Use (fs) to identfy its use.
